Information you submit

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, event date and time, venue address, city, estimated guest count, selected package and any notes you provide. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal details.

How it is used

Your information is stored to review your request, discuss availability and pricing, plan your event and contact you about that request. Submitting a request does not reserve a date or authorize payment.

Hosting and access

Requests are saved in the website’s hosted database. Request details are also emailed to Foam Dawgs through Resend so the team can respond. The website owner and service providers involved in operating the website may process this information. The form does not display your request publicly.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of the details you submitted by emailing g_chagnon@yahoo.com, including your request reference and the email you originally used. Records needed for an active booking or other legitimate recordkeeping may need to be retained.
